ECFlex, Inc. was established in September 1995. ECFlex provides scientific, technical, and administrative services in the fields of environmental technical support, information management, logistics, and acquisition services.
ECFlex was awarded its 8(a) certification in October 2005 and is also a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company.
Our primary customer base is U.S. Government and Commercial clients nationwide. ECFlex currently operates from the corporate office located in Fairborn, OH.

Our experience in Logistics support is focused on maintainability of Technical Orders and Manuals, in such areas of Technical Order Writing, Verification and Delivery. Our experience also includes performance in the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements of maintenance planning, support and test equipment, supply support, transportation and handling, facilities, personnel and training, logistics support analysis, and logistics support management information. We also have Quality Management support with an ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor. In Quality Management we have over 30 years of experience in military aircraft using military specifications.
